I was walking through High Beech in Epping Forest and saw a couple of Roman Soldiers walking around. It was around mid to late 1990’s in Maytime. I saw them clearly, they weren’t fighting, just walking. There was a man in Roman armour, a woman and a child around 6-7 years old. I could hear conversation but not the words. It was peaceful. This area of the forest is where a Roman encampment was. I asked my husband if he had saw them too, but when he looked they weren’t there.
